Some wealthy guests come briefly, and Maharaj gives them a compact and very useful spiritual lesson:
People are worried, which is suicidal. Cut out worry and become fearless. With food we get energy; with puja our spirit is energized. People who have a lot are nervous, not happy. The only happiness comes from the food of the mind: Nam. By spiritual practice, the mind will become okay, cured of its sickness.
God thinks that a person who is worrying is not part of His mission. It is like an insult to Him. In today’s society, people from high to low are worried. So do Nam and paath from now on. Sit comfortably, focus on the Guru, meditate on him. Every scripture says to focus on your Guru, and he will give you everything, including good thoughts.
Never leave Nam. If worry or anger come, throw them out as enemies. Where there is Nam, there can be no anger or worry.
